We got this little cat house at IKEA. Sasha (the cat) loves it, but Isaac has decided that it should be his. He does like to crawl in after the cat although that is not very safe (the cat is not really nice when his space is being invaded). Isaac had so much fun crawling in and out. In the video you can see that he has his favorite toy in his hand as he does it.

Isaac is getting so big.  He was 10 months old last weekend.  He looks like such a big boy when he is sitting on the bench by himself or in a chair.  Of course, he still doesn’t undertand that he can’t dive off of them head first.  He is cruising around furniture and is now starting to let go and stand there for a few seconds.  He then either grabs back really fast or falls on his behind.

We had fun visiting with Jeff’s family over the Thanksgiving holiday.  In the last picture Isaac is head-butting Jeff’s grandmother (Jeff taught him to do that).

Joshua and Isaac had a lot of fun playing with this car on Thanksgiving.  Joshua would push Isaac back and forth across the living room and both of them loved it.  It was really cute to see the cousins playing together.

We had to stop at the store on Friday after going out to lunch with a friend.  Isaac fell asleep on the way to the store.   Usually when I get him out of the car he wakes up, but this day he didn’t so I decided to lay him across the cart and he slept through the entire grocery trip.  Of course, when we got back to the car and I lifted him out to put him in his car seat, he was wide awake.  He decided that 20 minute nap was enough for the afternoon and was quite grumpy by that evening. 

This seems pretty similar to a previous post I just did.  I thought I had finally made it so that Isaac couldn’t get to the CD/DVD storage rack.  He proved me wrong by crawling under the chair and reaching around the mosaic that I had put in front of it.  He is very determined to get what he wants.

In the second pictures Isaac was “helping” me by pulling all of the plasticware out of the cabinet.  I was trying to get he house cleaned up and dinner ready for some girl friends that were coming over while Jeff was camping.  I think I picked up the plasticware at least 3 times over the course of the late afternoon/early eveining.  He sure had fun though.

Isaac looks like such a big boy when he is drinking out of his new cup.  He has known how to drink out of a straw for a while but we just got a cup with a straw that he can drink out of.  He likes to hold it himself, that is until he throws it on the floor.

Isaac loves to  make messes.  We have a big media shelf which is not baby proof at all.  Isaac tries to get back there all the time and the day of the pictures I let him.  He had so much fun pulling all of the things off of the lower shelves and then just sitting there in the middle of them playing.  Now we have a chair and a footstool in front of the shelf and he manages to crawl undrer the footstool or through the side of the chair to get there.  He is a very determined little guy.

It seems that Isaac keeps giving me opportunities to add pictures to this post.  The first three picture are all from the same day and he had managed to knock down the CDs and DVDs again, but I didn’t take pictures of him this time because it isn’t really too cute anymore.
