Jeff took Isaac to the circus for the first time.  I was so sad that I didn’t get to go with them.  Anna is a little to young and would not have been fun to take.  I had Jeff take a lot of videos for me so I could watch Isaac enjoying the circus.  I’m glad they got to have some Daddy and Isaac time but I am disappointed that I didn’t get to see Isaac enjoy it.

When they got home I asked Isaac what he saw and he told me “elephants and motorcycles and I got to eat popcorn!!”  I think the popcorn was the highlight of the circus for him.  What a silly little guy

Isaac went to the dentist for the first time this week.  I didn’t get any pictures of his exam since he was on my lap.  He cried the whole time but NO CAVITIES   When kids have to cavities they get to have their picture taken with the giant toothbrush.  Isaac played with the toothbrush but had no interest in looking at the camera.

My cousin Ben and his family (Lisa and Nick) have moved down here to the DFW area (from Illinois).  Isaac has really enjoyed his new playmate Nick.  Lisa and I couldn’t figure out if they are 2nd, 3rd, or whatever cousins so we are just calling them cousins.  They had a blast at the mall play area last week.  There are some funny pictures when Lisa was explaining some of the pictures of a persons insides.  That is why the boys are looking/pointing to their insides.

We are really looking forward to regular play dates with them in the future.

I went to the eye doctor last week and since they dilated my eyes I got to wear these “fashionable” sunglasses home.  The kids have really enjoyed playing with them the last several days.
